The simulator's engine combines the estimated volume (surface × clutter level), the labour required, transport, disposal, access constraints and the requested timing. A minimum intervention price always applies. The result is then turned into a range, never an overly precise single amount.
What makes the price vary

- The floor level, whether there's a lift, and the carry distance.
- Parking and truck access.
- Any furniture dismantling required.
